Quarantäne-Regeln (ab 8. Jänner)

  • Keine Unterscheidung zwischen K1 oder K2 mehr, sondern es gibt nur noch Kontaktpersonen.

  • Man ist keine Kontaktperson mehr, wenn man 3 Mal immunisiert ist, oder alle Beteiligten eine FFP2-Maske getragen haben. Das gilt auch für Kinder, die sich noch nicht boostern können.

  • Alle Kontaktpersonen können sich am 5. Tag mit PCR freitesten.

  • Kontaktpersonen in der kritischen Infrastruktur können mit täglich gültigem Test und FFP2 Maske auch weiterhin arbeiten gehen.

  • Positiv getestete Personen können sich ab dem 5. Tag freitesten.

Verstärkte Kontrollen

  • „Aktion scharf“ bei 2G-Kontrollen ab 11. Jänner.

  • 2G-Kontrollpflicht im Handel: An Interaktionspunkten (z.B. beim Eingang oder spätestens beim Bezahlen).

  • Sämtliche Behörden sollen im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeiten auch COVID-Maßnahmen kontrollieren.

  • Temporäre Betretungsverbote bei groben Vergehen gegen COVID- Maßnahmen (ab 3. Februar).

  • Erhöhung der Strafen (ab 3. Februar).

Strengere Schutzmaßnahmen (ab 11. Jänner)

  • FFP2 Maske auch outdoor wo kein 2 Meter Abstand möglich ist, beispielsweise in Fußgängerzonen, Warteschlangen, Gruppenansammlungen etc.

  • (Ausnahme für engste Angehörige wie Partnerin oder Partner sowie Kinder).

  • Die Bundesländer können zusätzlich Maskenpflicht auf stark frequentierten Plätzen verordnen.

  • Home-Office soll dort wo möglich zur Regel und nicht zur Ausnahme werden.

  • Gültigkeit Grüner Pass wird auf 6 Monate reduziert.
